Product Introduction
Polyester Woven Geotextile is a geosynthetic material with high strength, durability and stability made from polyester (PET) fiber through weaving process (warp and weft interweaving). Its structure is compact and uniform, with both tensile properties and water permeability filtration functions. It is widely used in engineering reinforcement, isolation, protection, drainage and other fields.
Application
1. Highway and railway engineering: laid on soft soil foundation for reinforcement to prevent road surface collapse. Separate soil layers of different particle sizes to avoid mixing leading to structural failure.
2. Water conservancy projects: used as filter layers in dams and river bank protections to prevent piping. Anti-scouring slope protection protects the slope surface from water erosion.
3. Landfill: As the base protective layer of the anti-seepage liner, it isolates the landfill from being punctured by sharp objects.
4. Sewage treatment tank: laid on the bottom of the tank or on the side slope to enhance structural stability.
5. Airport and port projects: runway foundation reinforcement, wharf foundation treatment.
6. Mines and tailings ponds: Tailings dam reinforcement and yard isolation separate ore and soil to reduce the spread of pollution.

1. High strength and deformation resistance: high tensile strength, low elongation, effective load dispersion, and reduction of foundation settlement.
2. Excellent durability: UV resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, adaptable to harsh environments, and long service life.
3. Water permeability and filtration: The porosity is controllable, water-permeable but not soil-permeable, preventing the loss of fine particles and maintaining soil stability.
4. Resistance to chemical corrosion: Polyester fiber has better acid and alkali resistance than polypropylene (PP), and is suitable for projects in chemically contaminated areas or saline-alkali land.
5. Convenient construction: it can be cut, sewn or welded, adapts to complex terrain, and has high laying efficiency.
6. Environmental protection and economy: It can be recycled, and the overall cost is lower than that of traditional sand and gravel filter layers, reducing resource consumption.
